Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or 21 where your jurisdiction requires it, to use this site. The platforms referenced here are not available everywhere, and it is your responsibility to make sure using them is lawful where you live. Do not use BonusPlay if you are below the required age or if the platforms are not permitted for you.

Your Account

Some features, including full bonus codes, claim links, and drop alerts, require you to sign in with Google, Discord, or a link sent to your email. An account is for one person. Keep access to your email, Google, and Discord accounts secure, because anyone who can sign in as you can use your account. Do not create accounts to get around a limit or a suspension. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Bonus Codes

Bonus codes, values, wagering requirements, and eligibility are set entirely by the operator, not by us. Codes are captured automatically and can expire, run out of claims, be region-restricted, or be withdrawn at any time. A code listed here is not a promise that you can claim it or that it still has value. Always check the operator's own terms before you rely on a code. The Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

Drop Alerts

If you turn on drop alerts, your browser sends us a push subscription so we can notify you when a new Bonus Drop is posted. Alerts are best effort: they depend on your browser, device, and push service, and they can arrive late or not at all. You can turn alerts off at any time from the Bonus Codes page or in your browser's site settings.

Acceptable Use

When you use BonusPlay, you agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or automatically collect bonus codes or other content from the site, or use bots or scripts to access it;
• resell, republish, or redistribute codes or claim links obtained from the site;
• try to get around sign-in, rate limits, or any other access control;
• interfere with the site, its servers, or other visitors, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission;
• use the contact form to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful.

Content & Trademarks

The site's design, text, and code belong to BonusPlay. Videos and clips belong to their creators and appear here for commentary and entertainment. Stake, Stake.us, and other names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page and we will review it promptly.

Third-Party Sites

Claim links and other links take you to sites we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave BonusPlay, and we are not responsible for their content, promotions, or decisions, including whether they honour a code.

Play Responsibly

Only play with what you can comfortably afford to lose, and stop if it stops being fun. Free, confidential help is available from the National Council on Problem Gambling at ncpgambling.org or 1-800-522-4700 in the United States, and from GamCare in the United Kingdom.

No Warranty

BonusPlay is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the site, codes, or alerts will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change, pause, or remove any feature at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BonusPlay and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss connected to expired, invalid, missed, or misdescribed bonus codes, late or missing alerts, or your use of any third-party platform.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using BonusPlay at any time. To have your account removed, ask through the contact page. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes too. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
